the 10mil penalty is reasonable because of what he did with JMM, unless Floyd has no intention of making the weight again. Dude why do you keep on repeating that he ask the same to SHANE? what do you think Floyd will look like if he did not ask the same to Shane?

Why did Mayweather want to come in over weight with Pac as he did with JMM???

The difference is Floyd broke his contract to come in weight already so the 10 mill was to INSURE him to come in weight.... Where as, there is no basis for extra tests,,,, just old crack head tales....
