If Amir Khan is willing to take the random testing, why isn't Manny Pacquiao?

"I train with Manny and whatever he does I do," said Khan. "I keep up with him and everything he does, I do as much or more. Does that mean I'm on drugs? To talk about drugs is rubbish. The guy [Malignaggi] just wants to build publicity for himself."

"You've got Freddie Roach and Alex Ariza, who spend so much time working on the fighters and then you've got people turning round saying we are on drugs. Any time they want to do a drugs test on me I'll put my hand up to prove to them [I am not on drugs]. I've never taken anything. I'm a natural athlete – like Manny Pacquiao."

They are both on the exact same stuff, yet Amir is willing to the tests and Manny isnt. IMO Amirs willingness proves that Manny is also clean.

So therefore not agreeing to the random testing can only have the following reasons:
    • It's pshycological warfare. If Manny agrees to the testing Floyd will have the mental advantage over Manny.
    • Manny actually believes the random testing will weaken him.
    • Manny doesn't want to fight Floyd.

haven't we gone over this?.. pac has this experience against morales where he had blood taken from him 1 or 2 days before the fight and he lost. Now pac is a very supertitious guy that's always gonna be on his mind. Plus you got these crackheads going about it in the wrong away blatantly accusing pac. I mean who would wan't to deal with those scumbags?? As the saying goes you don't negotiate with *********s.

i guess they both don't have the same reaction (physically and psychologically) to giving out blood, regardless of the amount. some people are afraid of bugs some people aren't, khan doesn't eat beef while manny loves female meat, etc.

also, khan is not P4P #1 and doesn't really have the negotiating leverage as pac. it's an ego thing, "you don't tell me what to do"
