So therefore not agreeing to the random testing can only have the following reasons:

- It's pshycological warfare. If Manny agrees to the testing Floyd will have the mental advantage over Manny.
- Manny actually believes the random testing will weaken him.
- Manny doesn't want to fight Floyd.
