Obviously this will be taken out of context now, and Floyd fans being Floyd fans will twist any and everything like pretending Golovkin chose Wade. But I think Pacquiao and co. were right to be su****ious of Mayweather and USADA as shown with the IV where USADA goes over the commissions head to perform a procedure they weren't allowed to conduct and in the seclusion of Mayweather's home instead of a commission approved hospital.

Pacquiao & Arum wanted the advanced testing to be overseen or performed by the commission(like the testing done in Bradley-Marquez) or otherwise a neutral organization.

No, pacman didnt want to be tested at all because he was "afraid of needles". For some reason he didnt want to be randomly tested, thats why the fight didnt happen back then. But now thats all irrelevant , fight happened he lost and everyone has moved on.

Floyd should have told Manny years ago this:

Who does Floyd think he is demanding his own tests......and on the other end c'mon Pac its just some blood/urine tests and u get to shut up Floyd and remove any doubt about who's the best in this era...
