Pacquiao & Arum wanted the advanced testing to be overseen or performed by the commission(like the testing done in Bradley-Marquez) or otherwise a neutral organization.
    In comes Raheem
gtfo.. taken out of context.. they ducked the testing

Have you been following boxing avidly before 2015? Pacquiao has never even said he's afraid of needles, so right there I know you don't even know what you're talking about.

Did I say otherwise? They didn't trust Mayweather testing. All my post is saying is that they might of had a point considering all that's happened.

Floyd should have told Manny years ago this:

"No problem if you feel weak and dehydrated. You can still rehydrate yourself right back up with an IV with saline (or blood transfusion - see Canelo vampire facial) then apply for a retroactive BS 3 weeks after the fight. That is what I will be doing! Oh, BTW, you also should pay USADA something like 150K. That always helps smooth things over. TRUST ME, I know from experience" - Floyd just get a TUE Mayweather

I was actually on this wavelength back then as well. Salute for not being biased.
