Name boxers who were one hit wonders?

boxers who were up and coming and was at the top of their peak by winning a fight or fights.....then let it all go to waste due to training, lifestyle, drug problems, ETC.

ima start with the easy one, james buster douglas. he was a basic fighter, not really up and coming and came to fights somewhat out of shape. gets a title shot vs mike tyson. gets in moster shape and gives tyson an ass whooping

had great oppotuintes in front of him, hell even got a video game after him. but he went back to his old habits of coming in not in shape. went up vs holyfeild and lose a 3 rd KO to evander.

any other boxers some of you fans can name

i would throw the prince out there as well. tho sum argure it was other issues to his demise such as brittle hands and "he was out of his prime" (bull****) the 1 main reason why he where he is now is because of his lack of decdication to his training. it started to show when kevin kelly was dropping him when prince should had whooped him in the frist rd. and when he fought barrea and got outbox.

Kirkland Laing. He was actually incredibly talented and his story is a really sad and interesting one, but I guess ultimately he'll be remembered as a one hit wonder. He beat a near prime Roberto Duran and then never did anything significant at world level again.
