Id say that their are only 2 guys who can beat pacquiao from 147-154. Mayweather and mosley, both have the skills and smartness to beat pac. Foreman is a very good boxer, but he just hasnt got the power to scare pac.

you are gettin crazy. Physical advantages and style dont speak for everything. Skill counts for more than half. I gaurantee Cotto has more skill than Yuri Foreman and Foreman wont beat Cotto.

154s skill level is incredibly much worse than anyone at the top of 147 and Manny is cleaning house nicely. Even if he came in at 150lbs hes too much for 154lbers
