if mayweather really ducked pacquiao ......

if mayweather really ducked pacquiao by asking for random blood testing , how did he know that pac is going to refuse the tests before asking for them , and how did he know that he has a fear from needles which will make him refuse the tests , and that taking blood before the fight weakens him mentally, ......... etc.
mayweather said just take the tests and the fight will be signed immediately ,how was he so sure that pacquiao is going to refuse the test if he really wanted to duck him .
if he was scared from pacquiao , when he gave him 14 days before the fight , wasn't he thinking that pacquiao may accept and will put him in real trouble .
if demanding random blood tests is a way of ducking , i think it's not a smart way .
discuss please and sorry for my weak english.

because Pacquiao wouldn't take blood tests any time close to the date after the first Morales fight.. also, he's not afraid of needles.. he's afraid of having something extracted from him and making him weak.

He asked Mosley for the same type of testing procedure, and the fight is on. Floyd is not the commissioner and neither are Pac and his team, they had no right to asked for that 10 million dollars penalty just like Floyd had no right to ask for that type of testing. Both sides are to blame, but the side who gave up on the fight first are more to blame IMO. Both sides have to give something for the fight to happen, and Floyd did bent over for Pac and agrees to all of his demands.

USADA stated that they wouldn't test both Pac and Floyd 48 hours before the fight, do you seriously think that Pac need more than 48 hours to recover from a teaspoon of blood? Bottom line, Pac and his camp should of decline the testing from the very beginning of negotiation, they knew about the test and how it would be taken.

What i want to know is, why did Team Pacquiao agree to Olympic style blood testing at first and then change their minds. The request was there from the beginning, it wasn't presented last minute.

              Thats some shady ****.

about the fear from needles, these are the words of team pacquiao.
in the the first morales fight ,as i remember from that video on youtube, blood was drawn for him 3 day before the fight which made him feel weak . mayweather gave him 14 days , how was he so sure that he is going to refuse and he will duck him successfully ?

                  Doesn't Pac believe in medicine?

ask a doctor if a drug test 14 days before a fight will weaken you and he will laugh at you!

Roach said yes to the press. Pacquiao was still in the Philippines at the time, and made no comments.
