I agree with you when you say he's basically the same fighter that uses his both his hands now, but other than that he hasn't changed. What I find ridiculous is that people say he's changed his style.

He has changed as a fighter but hasn't fixed the things that would be the key against Mayweather. Counter defense is the worst part of his game, something Mayweather excels at. Pac has improved especially that he is now a 2 handed fighter though. I do agree that he leaves himself open due to his aggression but he gets away with it due to his work rate and hand speed.
