Comments Thread For: Devon Alexander-Paul Spadafora in Talks For July

BoxingScene.com has learned that Zab Judah is out of the running [at the moment] for a July shot at IBF/WBC junior welterweight champion Devon Alexander (20-0, 13KOs). Come on man. Spadafora. Are you talking about Floyd's step daddy? He probably isn't the same fighter he used to be. Maidana brings more of a name.

dude stop your hating already. jesus Christ. maidana has to get pass his next opponent which he could VERY well lose. it's better to have 2 options in that case. if maidana loses devon might fight spadafora. if maidana wins devon will fight maidana because theres more money in that fight.

Neither Spadafora or Zab do much for Devon, but if he can't get a bigger fight at 140 for the time being, so be it. He handles either imo.

All I know is Spadafora is undefeated and trained by Whitaker, I also think is is old and went to jail. Alexander retires him from the information I know.

Spadafora is a good fight for Devon. Spadafora have good skills and is a bit slower than when he was prime.

You cant expect Alexander to fight everybody in a row.
