epo, they let you train hard because ur recover time is very fast, so in the end u have what we call more stamina

I was beaten to it, but yes EPO is a banned performance enhancer that produces red blood cells I really don't want to get in to how exactly it helps your stamina though. It's something your supposed to know if you follow boxing and call yourself a hardcore boxing fan. It's a form of doping, it's banned in all sports(or most, i'm not sure) and especially by the United states Doping Agency.
