Floyd/DLH was boring by casual fans' standards. And Hatton? Floyd made him look like a fool. Its a wonder Pac's fights with these 2 even broke a million PPV buys.
Why did pac fight these two then? Because he knew he just had to watch a tape for hatton and drain ODLH down to win. Was it wrong for him to do it? No, eveybody tries to give himself an advantage in these things. But a lot of pac fans don't see that Manny does cherry pick as much as other fighters. They took those fights because they knew they would win nothing else.

    • I know Floyd=-DLH turned people off that were casuals.

      Floyd-Hatton got some people back.

And Pac is an exciting guy. He deserves any PPV numbers he can get.

The undercard on Floyd-dlh was **** just like last nights.

I just don't like how Pac haters bring up the fact that Floyd's PPV numbers beats Pac's against common opponents. Fact is, if Floyd fought Cotto then Clottey right now, those PPV buys would be significantly less than Pac's fights with them. Same thing goes for Pac if he fights Mosley after May 1.

True story. I agree but here's where the trend is different. Floyd vs JMM sold more than Pac vs JMM. But regardless of PPV sales I think that speculation on who would win is just that. Speculation , that's why we watch the fights. Although it is fun to talk trash realistically it's a 50/50 fight.

Wrong, not many real boxing fans complain about Mayweathers performances.
