There's better fights out there for Pacquiao, not to mention Paul Williams fights at 157, Pac at 147, and a small 147... This would be a huge challenge for Manny, but I couldnt see him doing it, he wont even fight the best guy at 147, so why would he want to fight the best in a higher weight class?

I think Williams totally obliterates Manny. He's just too tall and his reach is too long for Manny to be able to get inside and work. Williams can still make 147 and it's a fight I'd love to see.
