Pac is ready to fight anytime. All has to do is sign the contract with the rules of the commission.

Was Floyd the one making another excuse recently of overpricing himself?

Yeah I'm sure the rules of the commission implement $10 million dollar penalties right?

          better question:

          Floyd beats Mosley....then what????
theres noone left in the welterweight division worth a damn for floyd to fight.

Pacquiao is still the 140lb champion. Both Bradley and Alexander have gone on record to say the would fight him without any additional testing.

Mosley has gone on record and said he would fight pacquiao without any additional testing.

at 154 Foreman and Spinks have both gone on record and said they would fight pacquiao without any additional testing.
