I watched a DVD a few minutes ago. honestly i am glad i didint pay, it was a glorified sparring session.

Okay. Yes, the fight got boring at the end. I hoped that Clottey would try to win but he seemed happy enough with his 1.25 mil + PPV salary. But still, Manny is a freak of nature. To throw so many punches and not look winded is unbelievable.

To be honest the fight really frustrated me after round 5 because i honestly could see so many openings for clottey to capitolize. While the crew made a big deal about his punching power, speed and movement, the reality is that it was the result of facing next to 0 resistance from clottey. This is about what everyone predicted and im glad i didnt see it any differently when i thought about it. This could have been an actual fight and instead you had a fairly ESPN worthy sparring session being sold as a major fight.

Clottey just did not come to win. He did it against Cotto as well, he actually could have sealed that fight and chose to just sit back and relax.

Yes. Clottey was definately geting through with his uppercuts and straight rights. He snapped Pac's head back quite a few times. The only problem was that he was just so inconsistent.
