Well I am no Nostradamus and I am not trying to belittle you, but you are wrong if you think Manny is going to get badly beaten by Floyd. Floyd may have good defense. But Manny has better movement, speed, workrate... This is going to give Floyd some serious trouble. Plus the shoulder roll does not work vs South Paws unless you want to get hurt.

floyd only seems accurate b/c he don't let his hands go. If he throw 30 & land 10 that's 33% while pac will throw 90 land 20 that's bout 25%. Floyd will lose.

It will be an interesting fight. If this fight doesn't get made, it will ruin boxing.

Your right, it is sad. Obviously I was exagerating, but hey, nobody can deny that Pac vs Floyd not happening is bad for boxing

If Manny throws 100 wild shots a round against Floyd then he is getting hurt quickly. Odds are he will respect Floyds counter punching ability and back off the high output somewhat. Guys dont just go in to bomb out Floyd. He is just too damn good of a counter puncher. The last real counter puncher Pac fought was Marquez and who won those fights is still up for debate. Now take Marquez and make him bigger, stronger and faster. You get my theory.

Somehow Clottey threw 399 punches which is about 33 a round. I don't see how he threw that many but whatever....

I don't think anyone can argue Clottey landed the more effective punches to the head throughout the fight. At one point landing three consecutive uppercuts. Obviously Clottey will be pissing blood for a week, but I never once saw his head snap back, and his face looked like it did when he entered the ring.

On the other hand Pacs face was kinda effed up... Effed up from being landed on what? 2 maybe 3 times a round with power punches.

Any accurate counter puncher would give Pacs all sorts of fits. I think we saw this with Marquez.. Floyd is on another level of counterpunching then Marquez, and by far the most accurate in the game today...

BTW Clottey is not a counter puncher.. Quit comparing him to Floyd. There defensives are nothing alike. There speeds are nothing alike. There footwork is nothing alike. Clottey is not elite.. He has lost every fight he has ever fought against elite fighters.
Power and chin are nothing alike either, so please. People like you who choose to discredit a mans victory disgust me.

Quit your crying and just appreciate how Pac dominated physcially the hardest man in WW div and turned him into a human boxing bag and hermit crab for 12 rounds.

For all Clottey's accurate punching, he wasn't able to hurt or slow Manny at all. And Floyd bases his defense more around slipping punches, which he's great at, but if he can't slow Manny's workrate down, he can't slip all that firepower and I doubt he can take it like Clottey can. Hopefully we'll get to see. Regardless, I severely doubt even if he beats Manny that Floyd will have an easy time of it.

pacquiao has to work on providing better defense on the uppercut. I didnt like that he was covering up and asking Clottey to mix it up and on some occasions that Clottey obliged, he got in several uppercuts.

Clottey is typical all defense. It wasnt surprising he continued to do the same style here. But for this fight, he really went out of his way to cover up. He had to, with Pacquiao throwing up to 8 punch combinations.
