He knows he will not win to Pac no matter what, so it will not be surprising if he will demand for random blood tests even during the fights to ensure Pac would not accept this insulting demand and will not fight him, and that way he will preserves his dearly "0" loss records!

Manny would comply to that demand provided Mayweather runs the commisson and set up new rules inclusive of that random blood tests he's demanding! But while he is not, they should adhere with that existing rules of the comission and fight without demanding excuses!
