the fight will take place in las vegas so it falls under the nsac. thats the thing in boxing, you can put anything in the contract. like pac putting a 10mil penalty for every pound floyd comes in over wt. thats outside of the nsac rules and regs but still can be agreed to per contract. also the nsac is never out if the fight takes place in nevada.

This basically tells me the same things as before, they are willing to fight and all but refuse to agree to the drug testing, exactly what happened before and why the fight collapsed.

Anyway, Manny has done his bit to be fair... hopefully Floyd does his on May 1st so we have a better chance of seeing the fight. Oh and I don't know how Manny can turn around and say Floyd's style isn't a difficult one, even Roach has said that it is on several occasions.

All this talk about Pac wanting to fight Floyd or Mosley is all bull. Only a ******* can't see that. He had two chances to fight Mosley last year but chose the damaged goods fighter in Cotto for more money instead of fight Mosley which is the more exciting fight as they NOW put it.
