nah. the winner of may/mosley has to beat pac to be p4p #1.

mosely is being over-rated here with his victory vs. margo. cotto did beat mosley and pac destroyed cotto. cotto did lose to margo but that was margo with plaster while mosley fought a non-plastered margo. floyd, on the other hand, won against an old, overweight, slow as molasses natural featherweight who jumped up 2 weight classes while floyd didn't even bothered to make the contracted catchweight.

in short, the winner of the may 1 fight whoever he is isn't enough to displace pac from #1.

          Yes,
I think mayweather will beat molsey with ease on may 1st,which leaves pac-mayweather having to happen. Whether its this year or next year, its got to happen. Pacquiao-Mayweather should be billed 'Pound for Pound'

and these comments that clottey landed flush whenever he threw a punch are laughable. clottey connected only 108 punches out of 399 for 27%. those total 108 punches landed for clottey is just equal to the body punches pac landed on him. for such a low volume of punches, you would expect a connect percentage around the high 40s to stay competitive.

pac had to throw 1200+ punches since he had to punch for the both of them to keep the fight interesting for the fans. very high volume translates to lower connect percentage. just imagine a fight between floyd and clottey with both throwing <400 punches in 12 rounds. that will be extremely boring.

mosley beat collazo, margarito, mayorga, and lost a CLOSE decision against prime cotto. margo with or without plaster shane still does better in a fight with him because shane is a MASTER at fighting mexican style fighters and cotto knows little compared to shane about those styles. and who knows if margo cheated against cotto to begin with.

but in that case. shane fought cotto before margo and clottey (prime cotto)

pac defeated cotto after the bloody beating of margo which cotto wasn't the same. so by your logic, that win was WAY overrated for pac. you see, we can play these games OVER AND OVER AGAIN if you want. also we aren't taking into account that cotto wasn't allowed to come in at 146 or 147.

that same marquez that you saw floyd beat would give pac HELL from what i saw in the pac clottey fight.

if floyd RUNS through mosley the number 1 welterweight EASILY. floyd has the p4p title without a doubt and he will be given the title.

the same if mosley knocks floyd completely out.

                  mosley will get it.

                  FACE THE FACTS.

clottey landed at will when he would let his hands go. he landed FLUSH too. i remember he threw a tripple uppercut and i shook my head saying how in the hell could pac let himself get hit with something that looked like it came out of a video game. where is the freaking D!!!? pac threw a hundred punches a round but landed 15 to 20 punches LOL thats POOR. i would take clotteys 10 out of 30 any day LOL it's just that clottey didn't let his hands go enough. pacs eye and nose was busted and his face resembled a busted bruised booty.

NEW p4p king on MAY if ether one is to win in dramatic fashion.

i dance for the wonderful pacfans now
