It's a lot easier to throw 100+ punches when nothing is coming back, Pacquiao would get countered by Mayweather and often, when you're getting countered everytime you throw it will make you cautious about what you throw.

damn these guys are taking Pac's %'s from tonights too seriously. How many of his hits were jabs/set-ups so he can keep CLottey on the defensive or open up the body? Sometimes you have to miss in order to hit, especially against defensive guys like Clottey.

Pac vs May...Pac will have the lower connect percentage but he will more than likely outland due to his work rate. 20% of 100 thrown punches is > 55% of 35 especially when you consider punches in bunches tend to stun more than single shots and Pac obviously has more pop @ 147 than Mayweather.
