I never want to see him get a big fight again. Everytime he threw he landed. Then he just didnt throw back. Hes trash.

    No heart.

    No balls.

    No smarts.

Just a big ass punching bag. That was an embarrassment. Hell Pac showed up, where was Clottey?
Damn son, I usually respect what you say most of the time but you’re going a little harsh on the dude.

Like I said in other threads, yesterday just confirmed my beliefs that Clottey lacks the instinctive nature to assert himself when it counts. The Cotto fight should have been exhibit-A for this.

He came to get paid and survive.
Man he should've laid it on the line and go balls to the wall you fighting for your daughter, your country and you didn't leave it all the ring. That was disgraceful.

He pushed and fought tougher aginst Cotto. The Cotto fight was close. The Pac fight was almost a shut out. He didnt even show up and got handled and rightfully so.

          Stop deserting your fighter.

Clottey would have gotten ****ed up if he opened up.

His body took a lot fo punches, and I am sure he will be bleeding inside and pissing blood.

i wouldnt say hes a joke to the sport or whatever but i think he was very lazy but people forget he always fights like that if he wasnt lazy against cotto he probley would have won. sure his trainer was even saying it to him, it was very fustrating tho to see hi connect with manny and not follow it up

Well Burner like I said, it was a poor performance, Clottey doesn't quite have that warrior mentality. Quartey lacked down the stretch of fights, but he put in his best effort regardless and Nelson simply never gave up, even if you hit him with a brick.

He shouldn't get anymore big fights. Even though I expected this to happen, I regret buying the fight.

                Clottey was afraid.

He refused to engage the smaller man even in the later rounds when he knew he was far behind on the scorecards! He showed the world he does not have the courage of a champion.

Hes not my fighter. I had Pac to win by KO but Josh did ok for the first couple of rounds. Then he got bumrushed.

Yeah, but even in the Cotto fight a fight that was closer then an ass cheek to a thong he failed to assert himself with only his very self to blame.

That’s why I have based my beliefs on this pummeling for failure of consistency. Then again, it’s just not in his genetic fight makeup to fight that way.

a drunk guy out of the stands would have been more entertaining to watch in there with Pacquiao!
