As far as Mayweather not being able to do to Cotto and Clottey what Paq did to them, history speaks for itself. Paq has beaten all of his common opponents with Floyd worse than Floyd has beaten them except JMM, and Paq did put him down a total of four times. Mayweather decisions and Paq KO's, for the most part. Nobody at welterweight KO's Joshua Clottey.
