Pac's best bet is to go back to 140 and clean house.

If Floyd wants some, make him come to you.

As far his chin i will say its pretty strong. He did have that moment in RD 4 against Hussein where he was KD by a stiff Jab but that was at 122. He also was stunned badly against Larios in one of early rounds and was against the ropes at 126, he also had a few moments in the marquez fights but he seems to assimilate and recuperate fast. In many ways it reminds me of PBF who gets stun but recovers fast. PBF recovered fast from some of the best Chop Chop and Judah blows.

Which is DANGEROUS against Mayweather---the times when he is TRULY stunned is the times when he doesn't see the punches coming, which is ironic considering it's Pacquiao who usually does it to his opponents.

i happen to agree that it could be like a flash knockdown for not seeing the punch, the same happened to Roy Jones when Lou Del Valle scored a flash KD against him. But i doubt that it would be a KO.
