I go by what my eyes see not what Lampley and Steward say.

When he doesn't plant his feet he lunges in with his punches and they are slower and he leaves himself off balance. Granted the Marquez and Morales fights are now some years back in those fights we saw how his speed matched up against people who aren't constantly in your face.

This isn't even a critism of Pacquiao, it's a simple case of him not defying physics.

Paq has more one punch power, better combination punching, better footwork, and handspeed for days compared to Gatti. If Paq could somehow fight the same version of Gatti that Floyd fought it would be like Paq vs Hatton all over again. Not saying Floyd cant beat Paq, but it would be nothing like Gatti, it would be very competitive.
