I don't think Castillo should be in the HOF. Elite fighter when it was his time, but he came up short at the time he was elite. Lost to Corrales and Floyd. The second win didn't mean much because he failed to make weight and he didn't beat Stevie Johnston all that convincingly. I like Castillo though.
