I figured sparring with Pacquiao would've inspired him or give him some desire for the sport again, but he's just a faded fighter that wants an easy payday.

We saw it when he fought Hatton and we see it now.

He's not going to get any more TV love after that B.S so he might aswell retire.

Not that Im at all happy with his performance, but you have to remember that Castillo has not been any sort of top fighter for a while now...If anything, his shutout loss against Sebastian Lujan should have told you that.

hes only fighting to pay his bills now...I believe he owes a lot because Corrales sued him after he didnt make weight for their second fight. not that thats a legit excuse for him not trying in this fight, but I would put more blame on the matchmakers than Castillo. hes just not PPV undercard material anymore.

Diaz-Soto on the other hand is a quality undercard match, imo.

actually I think I messed it up. I think Corrales' estate was trying to sue Castillo, and that why Castillo needs the money. it came out wrong. I'm a half pint and 3 beers in, my bad...

Castillo should go into broadcasting, there are alot of networks that telecast boxing in spanish. Just can't see any reason for him to continue boxing.
