Because they are under the same promoter and Arum will want all the money. Who else cept for Mayweather is there? Pacquiao should give in to random blood testing really. Time is against Pacquiao, not against Floyd. If Pacquiao wants a chance at winning he needs to fight Floyd before Margarito lands on that big head. Even if Margo loses we know Pacquiao will be taking punishment, allot of it. Mayweather is a smaller WW who doesn't hit so hard so if Pacquiao is any smart he'll take the blood tests and the fight.

I'd prefer to watch Pacquiao/Mayweather. It'd be interesting to see what Margarito can do against an all out assault, but Manny Pacquiao is too fast and can easily out point Margarito. He'd so far ahead since Margarito doesn't start ****ing till after the 6th round.
