More than anything, ***** just exposed himself again.

He goes off on a rant about not wanting to be brain-damaged(of course, no one does). That right there is a good enough reason as to why he avoided PAC.

#2) He used Shane as an example of a punch-drunk fighter. So, ***** is basically saying he's fine with fighting a punch-drunk fighter, but not PAC.
