Berlin, Germany: WBO cruiserweight champion Marco Huck retained the title at an almost packed Max Schmeling Hall with an easy third round stoppage of Adam Richards. The fight was stopped 2.30 with Richards badly hurt after a right upercut followed by a straight right. Just as referee Mark Nelson stepped in Richards went down. Adam was floored earlier in the round as well and there was big cut on his scalp. Huck had won the first two on all scorecards.
