    did and done...
Euri Gonsalez, the DR's 2008 fighter of the year was somebody worth a damn until Alvarez knocked his ass out....this kid is fighting pro boxers who are grown men...give him a break..

I hope GBP take their time with this kid and not cave in to the pressure...he's got time on his side.

Yeah, Alvarez is someone they should bring along slowly against carefully chosen opponents.

What they are doing with Khan they should do with him instead.

I've seen him fight a few times and I honestly dont think he is quite ready for the likes of a Pac, FMJ, or SSM. I think he might be able to hang with Jan(ring ranked 9th WW) but, I'd test him with Collazo before I put him in there with a livelier opponent.

I can see them 2 fighting later in azteca stadium after arum finally realizes jcc is not going to make an impact in u.s., and after saul loses a couple to top tier at 147 .

the reason that fight did not happen with chavez jr could be that canelo is 140lbs and chave jr is 154lbs 2 weight classes bigger

I've seen a couple of Canelo's fights and I really don't see anything special. Although, he is really young and has the potential to only better himself in the years to come. But for now, I don't see him fighting any big names for the next 2-3 years.
