If because he outlanded on pillow potshot punches and used zero offense. That's not how you score a fight. He lost on many score cards, and if you look at quality and placement of hits, DLH won all the way, he just wasn't convincing enough as I can't imagine how tired he had to have been from literally chasing Floyd around the ring for 12 rounds.
