nobody can force you to take catchweights or bloodtests except the commission.
for example, whitaker didn't HAVE TO fight chavez at a catchweight. he could've said fight me at 147 or walk.
another example, winky and pavlik didn't HAVE TO fight hopkins, hopkins could've tolkd them to fight him at 175 lbs or walk.
And if you refuse to fight at a catchweight, all that means is you don't want to fight at a catchweight, it doesn't mean you're a coward or anything negative at all.
