Well if he took the tests---noone would doubt him. He may actually have a REAL psychological fear of drawing blood but that in itself is an excuse to the public...he gave a baseless allegation legs to run with. You cannot deny that.

Yeah that was Roach---the guy thought it was only urine tests...they screwed up...Pacquiao should've talked from the very beginning instead of allowing multiple people like Roach and Arum to do it for him. Result? There were many accounts which turned to many excuses.
