Fighters who everyone thinks is underrated, but you don't?

Paul Williams.

Very good fighter, but he is not the unstoppable force at 154 and 160 many try and make him out to be.

Also Edwin Valero is starting to get incredibly overrated, he will get his ass handed to him by top fighters at 140 everyone thinks he has a chance to beat.
