Rafael is one of the most egotistical journalists I've ever heard/read/seen, but having said that...

His point was not that he doesn't want that fight, it's that the fight will be so much bigger down the road...not 2-3 years, but 2-3 fights from now. Impossible to disagree with that.

The fighters make the fight, not the belts. When Antonio Tarver fought Glen Johnson, there were no title belts involved but it decided the best at 175. That'd be the same here.

He's a douche. It's his job to tell it like it is, but sometimes he let his emotion gets in the way. He always has something negative to say about Floyd, maybe he's just doing because he wants people's attention, and using Floyd's name will do that.
