I think Floyd-Shane could possibly do it. I don't know about Floyd-Clottey though...

And, BTW I hate Dan Rafael, he sucks is a boxing journalist IMO...
I was at 4 of his fights in Michigan. Last time he fought here was the year 2000 BEFORE he fought Castillo and Corralles. His tar power is on a whole different level now though. Floyd would do 45k as well. He would be on a promoting rampage.

      1. Pac alone is a huge star respected throughout the world, I'm not saying he's bigger then Floyd but his personality helps alot

      2. If Floyd fought Clottey we ALL know he would get hammered by the media as CHERRY PICKING an opponent like Clottey and no one would wanna watch that fight.
But, Clottey arguably would be the best fighter Floyd has fought at 147. I know Shane is the best, but he hasn't fougt him yet. So that is why I am saying Clottey would of been the best fighter at 147 so far. So I don't think people would of accused him of cherry picking at all IMO... Maybe just Floyd haters...

Fair enough, I disagree I don't think he can. I think Floyd would of sold just as much or maybe even in PPV with Clottey. But, I think Pac brings more fans in the live gate. But, I think Floyd brings more buyers PPV wise.

To be fair that stadium is a huge drawing tool as well. Texas would be on fire to see Mayweather in that stadium.

              *****S are so desperate.

Floyd couldnt sell out MGM with JMM.

Now they want to say that JOSHUA CLOTTEY is bigger star then JMM.

Arum might be right but; its only because Jerry jones bought 30k in seats as part of the deal with Arum to bring 'the event' to cowboy stadium.

Floyds last fight in Michigan was against Augustus. He isn't even slightly as popular then, as he is now.

Rafael is right though that it wouldn't draw. Mayweather gets ratings because a ton of people want to see him lose. You don't buy a boxing ticket, which is rather expensive, just to root against a guy but for 50 bucks it is alright. It's like me tomorrow, I'm buying the PPV strictly to root against Pac but I'd never pay top dollar to see him fight live. Either way Rafael is a terrible journalist and will probably die of a heart attack because he is so fat.

Yea you right, Floyd-Shane probably do 50k. I live 4 hours away from Cowboys stadium. And, I am going for Pac-Clottey. I would not be going for Floyd-Clottey. But, I would deffinetely go for Floyd-Shane...

I personally don't think Floyd-Clottey will bring that much fans. But, I think it would sell just as much or maybe even more in PPV buys though...
