Well, he is winning but I say he is not that good based on overall skill set.

He would still beat Toney pretty easily but lets not pretend he isn't just using his size advantage for the most part to overwhelm opponents which really defeats the purpose of weight classes in the 1st place if he can be so much bigger than anyone he fights.

Faster as far as what? Hand speed sure... foot speed? No... Toney fights flat footed and Brocks movement is incredible for his size.
