All hate for both fighters aside: Williams-Mayweather is a SUPER fight.

Super fight= everyone knows who the fighters are thus making it a huge draw, regardless of how good they are at the time.

I mean right now Tyson/Holyfield 3 is a "super fight".

No doubt. This would crack over 2 million PPV buys

Unlike 99% of Boxingscene I dont think Floyd is a coward. Hed fight him if he could get paid which is why I said "If Paul keeps winning". Haymon wouldnt drop Floyd if he punched his mother. He makes too much money off him.

take a risk againts a bigger, non-stop punching machine...the same machine that still needs to piggyback on Arreola crowds
Again down the road its a fight that can be pretty big. Clottey isnt a draw either and Pac has no problems fighting him. He can get paid off Williams IMO. On those cards Arreolla is always the undercard

I wish Williams would get bigger fights. At 147 he could have been the Tommy Hearns to Mayweather's Leonard and Pacquiao's Duran.

Yeah Im very anxious to see who his May 8th opponent will be. Hes going down to 147 for a reason. Hes really one big amazing performance away from being a star.

Paul has to beat some fighters that casual fans all around the world are somewhat familiar with.....Winky was a good start in that regard but right now Floyd could really **** him over with purse splits and there would be nothing Paul to do about it other than walk away or accept it.

Still, it could be down the road as Paul is always in entertaining fights though I wish he would stay away from smaller guys.

                      'keeps on winning....down the road'

let me ask you, how long do you think Williams will be able to squeeze himself down to welterweight?

if your pipe dream does come true, it will be a MW fight...and i highly doubt floyd would move up to challenge an established MW

not calling him a coward but it just isnt a smart, calculated move...

until the day comes where Williams headlines a ppv and does close to a million buys, he's not even on Floyd's radar
