PAC vs Clottey PPV #s will affect Boxing in 2010.

I'm wondering how you guys feel about this. While some on this site don't care about PPV buys that is all others talk about. If Pac vs Clottey does over 1 million PPV buys and considering the good live gate uncle Bob will ask for more than a 50/50 split vs Mayweather. Evil Bob would probably offer Mosley if he wins 30%, or we would see Pac vs another Top Rank fighter Cotto/yuri at 154 for his 8th world title.

If Pac vs Clottey does under 600k in PPV buys Floyd will not only ask for more than 50% he will stick to his demand of Random Blood Test that will have Pac n Bob looking at other fights. If this is the case If Mosley does ok against Floyd than I see Mosley vs Pac. PAC has fought 2 of Floyds recent opposition in De La Hoya n Hatton.

So here is my take on Pacs future opponent will depend on the PPV #s

    PAC vs Clottey PPV buys

    >600k Pac vs Cotto/Foreman winner at 154
    601k to 800k Pac vs Mosley/Mayweather loser
801k to 1.1 million Pac vs Mosley Mayweather winner
anything over 1.1 million PPV buys Pac vs Cotto/foreman winner at 154

What do you guys think will happen?

well, I don't have any questions that Mayweather will sell more PPV's than Pac, because simply it's the bigger/better fight.

That in turn will lead to Mayweather to probably ask for a 60/40 split.

I think this could be the interesting part of the negotiations. I could possibly see pacquiao's team saying, ok will give you 60/40 but we don't want Olympic style testing, or there must be a 20 day cutoff, or some **** like that.

In the end, I think pacquiao's team will fold and take the tests and the lesser amount.
