First off this guy is a nobody and Ive never even heard of him and am a big fan of MMA in general not just UFC... Floyd wont fight a nobody and ill place money on that, but id like to see him fight this guy for several reasons after viewing this video:

a. He's a redneck piece of white trash
b. He looks slow and he must be thinking he can call out a the best boxer in the world
c. He sounds scared as he trembles and stutters more than once in this video

I get the same feelings, myself. I've seen this guys name mentioned on this site for years and always thought it was just a parody or skit. However, I truly believe that this Charlie character has psychological issues that haven't been addressed. Therapy is needed because his aggressive behavior is going to land he in a hospital or died.
