I really don t see your rationale. Manny P will never look at a $5 mill payday again. His fame is so great in his home area, spreading even to other countries in the area, and indeed worldwide, that if he were to fight a kangaroo, the house would be packed and, with TV rights and etc. Pacq, would make at least $15-20 mill.

Especially if handled by Bob Arum, who, say what you will of him, (and i really don t know why) is the Prince of promoters.

You can't say that when he is only get 10 mill for the fight tomorrow. So where is that extra 5-10 mill coming from? Besides Mosley and Mayweather just about every other options name carries the same or less recognition than Clottey's so I have to disagree with you there. If Clottey didn't take a 90/10 split Pac wouldn't be get that 10 mill now so I don't where you getting those figures from.

Bob is right. Floyd is to disrespectful, and they shouldn't give him a chance to fight with Manny Pacquiao. After the Manny VS Clottey fight, Manny should fight Cotto or another Top Rank fighter.

I wouldn't pay to watch him beat Cotto's ass or fight Margacheato. It will be interesting to see how many PPV's this fight sells. But make no mistake about it..when it comes to what fighter brings the most money to the table....it is Floyd. I am no Floyd fan but.....Manny is essentially making what Shane is making to fight Floyd. Both of which are no where near what Floyd is making!

And Arum doesn't want to have his fighter fighting in a ring that has "Mayweather Promotions" in the center of the ring and Golden Boy on the sides.

The irony here is that Arum talked more trash than anyone during the Pac Mayweather negotiations. He is exactly what he is complaining about.
