Yea he can go down to 147 and fight the IBF champ. They probably would have to pay him a good ammount of money. But, him winning that title. Would put pressure on Pac, Floyd, Mosley, Quintana, Berto somebody from that group to fight him.

Like who do you expect to be jumping on the opportunity though? The only option is really Cintron. If he doesn't wanted there is no other fighter with somewhat of a name available. Everybody who has somewhat of a name is just busy...

On the real maybe Williams should really just start negotiation with IBF WW champ and fight him at 147. And, see if he can get him in the ring.

Collazo is not free he is fighting "mini tyson" in Germany or Turkey. I forger which.

But, Judah has really been outspoken about going down to 140 and not fighting at 147 anymore... That is why more of his last few fights has been catchweight fights

joe greene would be a good scrap. he's scheduled to fight early april, but it'll likely be a soft touch which he should come out unscathed.

austin trout's another prospect if he were to go that route, but he's not nearly as ready.

Lats I heard they were trying to find an arena still no excuse for Cintrons name not being on paper. This isnt a big fight or money fight and it isnt hard to make.
