FOr someone to really put a lot of effort in making a production video and research to put someone into shame is a shame. All of these can be summed up to one word: SPECULATION.
Refusal to test isn't an admission to guilt and to make a dramatic presentation to make a case amounts to nothing but to build a case against Pacquiao. What if he is not using drugs, what would they say, "sorry" for accusing you?
This is the thing...many people can easily accuse someone. But until you have grounds to make an accusation or two, it is still considered to be an ALLEGATION that can be subjected towards slander or then some.
Anybody who has skills to make a video and write a script can accuse someone and make it look slick, intelligent and persuasive but it is still based on hearsay and speculation.
