The only way I could see Tyson doing this, is as a favor to Holyfield who has been having financial issues. Maybe his way of doing right by Evander.

I don't think that Tyson feels he has any reason to do right. If you watch him on Oprah, you'll notice he never apologizes. He knows in his heart that Holyfield was cheating. I think he respects Evander, but Mike knows he doesn't owe him anything.
