I partially agree with this. But I think Amir will have more succes with the US people then Calzaghe or Hatton because of the excitement Amir brings in the ring.

Why should he be hated? It makes no sense to hate a young and exciting fighter. That is just nonsense. Mallignaggi is Khan's first fight in the states, and should prove to be a good fight. If the Americans 'hate' him already then it just proves the world right.
