That being said I'm kinda hoping bith Pacquiao and Mayweather lose after the fight between them fell through but I think both will win.

He means as in all the "good" things about Pacquio (not boxing-wise). I think he means as in that pacquiao is very humble, generous, pacquiao has a lot of media behind his back and he could be doing it to land the job at the congress.
He may not be as good as the media might want him to look.

i would use the Mayweather vs Mosley - PACQUIAO EXPOSED video---but it got pulled off youtube and the poster was banned. SO much for freedom of speech and exposing the truth. Pac=fraud
