Neither guy ducked. They both made outlandish demands. Each guy had a right to tell the other to fuck off. PBF needed Pac more than vice versa, so he gave in. Pac didn't need him, so he told him to go screw.

clottey-quintana got cancelled because when pavlik pulled out (pavlik was top rank) top rank had no date on hbo.

martinez and williams are not top rank fighters. that's why clottey's fight got cancelled.
