floyd sr beleives he's on something so he advised his son to ask for random test..any son would listen to their father..manny declined the test and 25-40 million to fight clottey(another top rank fighter) for 6 million in texas(which doesnt even reqire ped tests) so of course the average person would be scratching their head wondering what the ****.......
