It's funny, I been accused for being a Pinoy before, due to me predicting Mannny giving Cotto a severe beating.
This time around, I stronlgy suspect Clottey being too much for Manny to handle.
I think Clottey will win a decision after KD Manny more than once, yeah, surprising , but that how I see this.

i predict a fully juiced pacquiao with plasters on his gloves, and abnormally huge head, (with alot of facial hair and acne that he never had when he first started boxing) fists, and calves losing the first few rounds even tho he is supposed to easily beat down the weight-drained, tailor-made, mediocre, not-top-welterweight clottey. during the last round clottey will then take a dive (since it's pretty obvious they are both top rank fighters) and not finish off pac.
it will then go to the scorecards but since arum is so corrupt, the judges (who were already paid beforehand) will not score a single round for clottey and pacquiao will be declared the winner.
