I usually don't stick up for Pacquiao but here I go---there are other reasons for stomach ulcers and by the number of things Pacquiao does outside of ring--it could be due to lack of sleep:
"Lack of sleep increases the risk of gastric ulcer"

I'm going to chalk it up to a coincidence---I see things as facts, besides cheating on his wife, he does movies, commercials, politics, and ever type media event you can imagine...it's not hard to imagine he doesn't get enough sleep.Comment
