Not at 140 I don't think, he looked very soft at the weight and was dwarfed by Bradley when they fought those 3 rounds.....physically I just don't think he can compete there at the top level at his age.

I want him to but I really doubt it, hes getting old plus 140 isnt a division to play with right now

can't make 135 anymore and is in a division in which he can't beat any of the elite fighters. So no, he will never become a world champ again. Only way is if he fights for a vacant title against another C class fighter. Bradley torched him and Ortiz will finish him off.

No he can not. He can't make 135 anymore and he is not beating any elite fighters at 140
