Considering the 168 Pound weight class has only been around since 1989 thats not a good feat. That divison best fighters ever are Benn, Jones Jr, Ottke, etc...

Im confused on how to judge ATG. Are there different levels of ATG? He's definitely not an ALI, SRL type of an ATG thats for sure sure.

I think a good limit to judge whether a fighter is an all-time great would be the top 50. It's up to you, though.
